In case of Data Breach
We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third-party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
You will decide whether or not to inform the data subject involved. You are and continue to be the party responsible for any possible obligation by law to provide such information to the data subject or the relevant authorities. Communication regarding a security breach, data loss or unlawful processing will not occur until consultation with and prior implicit approval from you.
In case we establish a security breach, data loss or unlawful processing has occurred, we will inform all end-users of the Web application by means of a general bulletin and a further message on the log-in screen end-users normally get to see. The content of such information will be agreed between us and you.
